SIYA KOLISI WEEPS ON WEDDING DAY

Rachel and Siya Kolisi were married on 13 August 2016, eight years ago, in a beautiful ceremony in Franschhoek.

At the time, Siya was not yet promoted to Springbok captain.

The lavish ceremony – also starring their two-year-old son Nic and his siblings Liyema and Liphelo – was featured on Top Billing.

The wedding featured a black and white theme – and Siya’s notable groomsmen was Springboks pal Eben Etzebeth and Scarra Ntubeni, who plays for the Stormers. Meanwhile, Rachel’s three sisters were her bridesmaids.

At the time, Siya had to make use of crutches after suffering an injury at a rugby match just weeks before

In a clip recently resurfacing amid their divorce news, Siya is seen weeping as Rachel – led by her father, Clive Smith – walks her down the aisle.
