There has been rumours swirling that American rapper Kanye West and his wife Bianca Censori are headed towards a divorce, what will the architect receive if the pair go their separate ways?
RUMOURS OF DIVORCE BETWEEN KANYE WEST AND BIANCA CENSORI SWIRLING
Reports have claimed that American rapper Kanye West and Bianca Censori are headed towards a divorce. A source claimed that Bianca has had enough.
“She’s had enough,” said a source to The Post. “The swastika shirt was the last straw. She told him that’s not who she is, and that she can’t be associated with that,” the source continued.
This comes after Kanye said that he has “dominion” over his wife.
The source went on to say that Bianca is completely done with Kanye.
“It reflects on her, and she doesn’t want any part of that circus. He believes that she’ll come back to him, he’s saying that she’s just ‘mad at him,’ but right now she’s told him that she’s completely done,” the source added.
WHAT WILL BIANCA CENSORI RECEIVE IF THERE’S A DIVORCE?
Kanye married Bianca in 2023, following his divorce from reality star Kim Kardashian in November 2022. Kim and Kanye were married for six years and have four children together – North (11), Saint (9), Chicago (6) and Psalm (5).
TMZ reports that Kanye and Bianca do not have a prenuptial agreement. So, what could Bianca receive? Hindustan Times reports that Bianca could receive an estimated $5 million (R91 million) in the divorce.
“California is a community property state and without a prenup, she is entitled to half of Kanye’s earnings during the past two years, minus any community obligations. Kanye made a lot more than $10 million during this time,” said a lawyer, according to The Sun.
However, TMZ also claimed that Kanye allegedly lost money after marrying Bianca. In California, assets and debts are split equally. So, this means Bianca could actually owe money.
