‘We’ll chase you and end up working at radio stations’ – Malema takes a jab at Ndlozi

Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) leader Julius Malema appeared to take a jab at former EFF member Mbuysiseni Ndlozi.

In February, Ndlozi left the EFF and exited party politics altogether following a turbulent period marked by escalating tensions with Malema. Speaking on the Podcast and Chill, the former EFF spokesperson discussed his relationship with Malema after his suspension and expressed his commitment to never speak ill of the red berets’ leader.

Julius Malema fires shots at Ndlozi?

He attributed the EFF’s losses in the 2024 elections, particularly in KwaZulu-Natal and the National Assembly, to what he termed a “tactical entanglement” that compromised the party’s effectiveness.

During a speech to EFF members, Malema urged party leaders to behave appropriately or face expulsion from the organisation.

“For once, stop thinking about your selfish leadership interest, and think for our people. Your time will come. You are fighting for positions as if you’re dying tomorrow, are you guys sick? Maybe you are and we don’t know,” he said.

Malema seemed to take a jab at Ndlozi when he told members that they would be booted and end up working at radio stations, implying that the former EFF spokesperson was fired from the party.

“Relax, you’re still young, your time will come. Don’t disrupt EFF branches or we will chase you and start speaking good english,” he said.

“We won’t allow this (disruptions), you guys will end up working at radio stations and I heard Moletji radio station is hiring.”

Since leaving the EFF, Ndlozi has since joined Power FM while Malema has restructured his party after last year’s lousy election.

Do you think Ndlozi resigned or was fired?
