Uber Moto is now available in parts of Johannesburg. The motorbike riding service has been described by Uber as ‘affordable’ and ‘time-saving’.
As reported by 2OceansVibe, the new two-wheel alternative will allow you to “beat the traffic, navigate narrow lanes easily, and save time”.
According to a statement released by Uber, the service is currently available only around Johannesburg West and trips start from as little as R18.
As reported by The South African, Uber further shared that those who wish to try out the riding service can enjoy a 35% discount for three Uber Moto trips. The offer is limited to the first 50 000 users.
The popular e-hailing service has listed several advantages that come with using Uber Moto. These include saving time by skipping traffic, affordability, as well as safety features.
“Use Uber’s in-app safety features to ride with more peace of mind. From screening processes to in-app emergency assistance, you can feel more confident when riding with Uber. In addition, all Moto drivers will have a helmet for you – for added peace of mind”.
