Kaizer Chiefs are linked with a couple of outgoing Orlando Pirates stars.

Kaizer Chiefs are planning to make some big signings ahead of the 2025/26 PSL season.

Moreover, a couple of their targets come from their Soweto derby rivals, Orlando Pirates.

CHIEFS CLOSING IN ON OUTGOING PIRATES DEFENDER

Pirates will be parting ways with Paseka Mako.

However, that is just the beginning of this enticing transfer saga.

The outgoing Bucs star has attracted interest from Chiefs. Moreover, reports claim that Amakhosi are already in advanced stages with their negotations for the outgoing Pirates defender.

Meaning, they have made an offer for him.

“SABC Sport can exclusively reveal that former Orlando Pirates defender Paseka Mako could be heading to Naturena as talks with Kaizer Chiefs have progressed to an advanced stage,” Mazola Molefe reported on SABCSport.

“According to information gathered by the public broadcaster, the 31-year-old has entered into talks with their Soweto rivals over a potential move to The Glamour Boys ahead of the upcoming season,” he added on the same publication.

BUCS REPRESENTATIVES OFFER PLAYER TO CHIEFS

Meanwhile, Monyane representatives have reportedly offered the Pirates star to Chiefs.

This comes after Monyane made just five appearances in all competitions for the Bucs this season.

Meaning, he has fallen out of favour with Pirates management. This comes despite playing 95 times for the Soweto giants. So, he offers Chiefs experience, and they could offer him game time.

However, at the time of publication, Chiefs have not commented on these purported links.

SHOULD CHIEFS ACCEPT THE OFFER FOR MONYANE OR NOT? SHOULD THEY SIGN MAKO?
