Tributes are pouring in for South African legendary Kwaito star Victor Bogopane, popularly known as Doc Shebeleza, who passed away on Thursday 9 January.

WHAT HAPPENED TO DOC SHEBELEZA?
Shakes Mavundla, who was Doc Shebeleza’s manager, confirmed that his passing on Thursday 9 January. The iconic Kwaito star was 51 years oldat the time of his death.
“Doc Shebeleza passed away on Thursday morning around 10:30am after being discharged from hospital on Monday,” said Mavundla according to Sunday World.
The legendary Kwaito star was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at a Johannesburg private hospital. He underwent surgery in December, which was a success. Two weeks after the operation, he told Times Live, that he was feeling better, but asked for to be kept in fans prayers.
