ERROL MASK WEIGHS IN ON ELON’S CONTROVERSIAL TWEETS

Businessman Errol Mask had a lot to say during his interview on Podcast and Chill.

The 79-year-old discussed the biggest issues in South Africa, sharing his thoughts on his son’s controversial tweets about “racist laws” in the country, as well as his influence on US President Donald Trump.

This comes after his son, Elon Musk, became a trending topic after he alleged that “there are racist ownership laws” in South Africa.

This is a follow-up to remarks by U.S. President Donald Trump, who announced that he would cut funding to South Africa.

He argued that the country is confiscating land and that “certain groups of people” are being treated very badly, although he did not provide any evidence to support these claims.

Trump’s remarks come after President Cyril Ramaphosa recently signed a bill into law that streamlines the procedure for the state to expropriate land in the public interest.

ERROL SHARES HIS THOUGHTS ON RACISM

MacG asked Errol, as someone who has lived through and benefited from apartheid, whether he thinks Afrikaners in South Africa are victims.

Known for always speaking his mind, the businessman stated that there is no racism in South Africa.

“When I travel around, I see that South Africa has the least racism of any place I know,” he said.

He continued, “There’s no racism here. Nobody worries about race in this country anymore. From what I see in my daily life, I don’t encounter any problems. It’s much better now in South Africa than it ever was.”

The businessman also weighed in on Apartheid, saying: “We’re finished with Apartheid. We need to get over it, forget about it. We can’t blame everything on Apartheid”.

“When I travel here, I see that South Africa has the least racism here. I don’t see any problems.”
