Heineken House is not just an event, according to the brand, this is a movement that they have initiated to celebrate the core meaning and essence of the word ‘creativity’. Similarly to the Global Citizen Festival, tickets to this event are not sold, rather, they are earned through various opportunities such as in-store promotions of the brand.

Taking to their social media page and after a lot of teasing and speculation, the event revealed that they will be bringing fan favourite American rapper Gunna to headline the show, turning the anticipation levels up a few notches. Gunna is an extremely popular artist in the country, as his songs such as ‘Fukumean’ and ‘One of Wun’ have made waves on Mzansi’s shores as they resonate deeply particularly with the youth.
As if having Gunna is not enough, he will be accompanied by an electrifying lineup, which will be performing on their exciting Face2Face stage, where they will be battling out with each other to create an unforgettable atmosphere and vibe that is sure to set the stage on fire. Among many others, the likes of Amapiano duos Shakes&Les and Mellow & Sleazy will be going head to head, while 031 Choppa will be battling it out with fellow Amapiano DJ SUCCESS.
The unique approach to acquiring tickets has caused quite a ruckus on social media because, as expected, this is a must-be-there kind of event that no one wants to miss and hear about through the great vine. Some users have come to social media to boast the fact they are one of the chosen ones to be part of this historic event. Conversely, other users have continued to express frustration and disappointment with the brand for not choosing them despite their great eagerness.
