SPHELELE MKHULISE TO LEAVE MAMELODI SUNDOWNS?

PRAISE FROM TEBOHO MOKOENA

Mamelodi Sundowns and Bafana Bafana star Teboho Mokoena believe Sphelele Mkhulise has some Andries Iniesta in him.

“I’m a very big fan of Siphelele Mkhulise,” Mokoena told iDiski Times. “I’ve been a huge fan of him, ever since I saw him first play at Black Leopards. I just love how his natural style, everything is natural, so effortless, and when you train with him. I see him every day and this boy is so good.

“I think I don’t know if it’s him sleeping on himself or whoever, or people who don’t see this quality I see. Maybe it’s because he’s grown up there,” added the Sundowns midfield maestro.

“It’s always like that when you’re in one team until you retire, they think ‘ah this one is this or that’ but I love him and how he plays,” added Mokoena.

“I’ve just always been a fan of him even before he was my teammate. He’s so good, man, he’s more Sipho Mbule-style, or like Iniesta, he’s an Iniesta. He can dribble past people, he can pass – he’s so good. Ai yai, yai. I enjoy watching him with the ball, connecting with defenders, midfield, attack,” concluded the Sundowns midfielder.
