South African comedian Siv Ngesi and Instagram influencer Nadia Jaftha have both publicly addressed the controversial behavior of Taariq Jaftha, Nadia’s brother.

Siv’s fiery social media post and Nadia’s emotional revelations have added to the growing outcry against Taariq, who has faced allegations of domestic violence and troubling behavior.

Siv Ngesi’s Direct Challenge

Siv Ngesi, known for his bold personality, recently posted a scathing message aimed at Taariq on Facebook.

He wrote, “The only person I want to destroy in the boxing ring! I would make it slow and painful!” Siv’s frustration with Taariq stems from his controversial actions, including homophobic TikTok rants and allegations of abuse.

The post sparked mixed reactions. While some users supported Siv, others questioned whether engaging Taariq was worth it. One comment read, “Don’t entertain that mind. He needs help.

Nadia Jaftha Shares Her Trauma

Meanwhile, Nadia Jaftha has broken her silence about her fraught relationship with her brother. In a deeply personal Instagram post, Nadia claimed Taariq caused her significant trauma over the years.

She also addressed the public allegations against him, saying she felt “triggered” by everything that had unfolded.

“My brother and I do not have a relationship,” she said. “My mother knows how I feel about him. It’s been the theme of my life, trying to prove that I’m not like him.”

Domestic Violence Allegations Against Taariq

Taariq Jaftha has been accused of domestic violence and controlling behavior toward his wife, Aleesha, formerly known as Danica. Aleesha’s family alleges that Taariq isolated her from them and subjected her to years of abuse.

In one incident, Aleesha reportedly fled her home with the help of a friend, only to be tracked down by Taariq the next day. Despite public concerns, Taariq and Aleesha have repeatedly denied the allegations.

Concerns for Other Wives

Taariq, who is in a polygamous marriage with two other wives, has also faced criticism for his treatment of them. GBV activists and Aleesha’s family have voiced fears for their well-being, urging authorities to step in.

Siv and Nadia Demand Accountability

Both Siv Ngesi and Nadia Jaftha have called for Taariq to face consequences for his actions. Siv’s post highlights the frustration many feel, while Nadia’s revelations shed light on the personal toll her brother’s behavior has taken.

“I’m not scared of you anymore,” Nadia stated directly to Taariq. “You can’t be a bully your whole life and go through with no consequences.”
