Sekhukhune United star winger Shaune Mogailawas on Friday granted a R20 000 bail after spending two days in custody.
Mogaila was detained on Wednesday after he handed himself over to the police as reported by The South African.
His detention related to a fatal car accident he was involved in which took the life of a nine-year-old girl in Tembisa.
Mogaila initially fled the accident scene but he later came to his senses, and handed himself in.
Now, Mogaila’s bail has no conditions restricted to it, and he’s allowed to live his normal daily life.
Nonetheless, Mogaila faces serious charges, including culpable homicide, reckless and negligent driving among others.
According to the police as per Sowetan, there was dagga and a white powder suspected to be cocaine in Mogaila’s car.
SHOULD MOGAILA BE ALLOWED BACK INTO THE TEAM?
