Saudi Arabia have officially been announced as the hosts for the 2034 Men’s FIFA World Cup.
The announcement was made on Wednesday (11 December) afternoon by FIFA president Gianni Infantino.
The 2034 edition of this global showpiece will come right after the 2030 edition which will be hosted in six different countries.
And those countries are Morocco, Spain, Portugal, Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay.
The reason the FIFA decided to do that was to honour the legacy of the tournament which will be in its 100th year of existence.
