If you follow Rachel on Instagram, you would see that she is dedicated to her health and fitness journey. She often posts videos of her workout sessions and her journey towards a healthy lifestyle.
The next chapter for Rachel also involves the change from being a married woman to now being a single mom. Rachel was married to Springboks captain Siya Kolisi for eight years before they announced their split in October 2024. The pair have two kids together – Nicholas (10) and Keziah (7).
Rachel recently opened up about her heartbreaking Valentine’s Day, marking her first without Siya.
