Nota Baloyi takes an unprovoked jab at Pearl Thusi
Nota Baloyi stirred controversy once again, this time taking aim at actress Pearl Thusi for no apparent reason.
On Wednesday morning, while social media was buzzing over the ongoing drama between Sizwe Alakine and Gigi Lamayne, Nota used the moment to throw shade at Thusi.
Sizwe, also known as Reason, had recently defended his girlfriend Gigi after she was labeled a downgrade by a podcast host.
Seizing the opportunity, Nota took to X and bluntly posted: “Pearl Thusi is a downgrade.”

Interestingly, this comes not long after he spoke about his unwavering loyalty to black women.
In a separate post, he wrote: “I have a very high self-esteem & I am loyal to black women. Whether or not they deserve it is another matter, but it all stems from the love I have for myself as well as the unconditional love I have for black people. My generation lost. We also deserve to get married & raise kids!”
