SIYABONGA NDLOZI DREAMING BEYOND ORLANDO PIRATES

Orlando Pirates defender Siyabonga Ndlozi made his Sea Robbers debut in the CAF Champions League against the mighty Al Ahly this month. The 22-year-old is said to be aiming to play abroad.

“That’s how high he is aiming, believe it or not,” a source told Soccer Laduma. “He is a very confident player, and his dream is to play overseas. RELEBOHILE MOFOKENG’S MESSAGE TO RONWEN WILLIAMS

The ever-smiling Orlando Pirates star Relebohile Mofokeng is just as warm off the field of play.

Soon before scoring two goals against Williams at the FNB Stadium last week, the 20-year-old Mofokeng sent the Sundowns star a message to check on his injury progress. “The slight injury that I had has done me wonders, and just receiving a message from Rele Mofokeng, of all people, messaging me, saying ‘skips, what’s going on, I see you’re not playing’, it just made me feel so happy,” Williams said via iDiski Times.

“I got goosebump when I saw him send me that message, and yet we were gonna come up against each other in a week’s time,” Williams said about the Orlando Pirates attacker. “So, it [the break] has done me wonders, honestly speaking. It refreshed me, it’s given me time to just sit back, missed a game and hopefully reenergised in this business end that’s coming up for club and country.

“I’m excited and looking forward to the big games coming up now,” Williams concluded.
