Nomzamo Mbatha turns 35
Nomzamo Mbatha marked her 35th birthday with a deeply personal message that left fans and peers in awe.
The Shaka iLembe star took to Instagram on 13 July to reflect on her journey, expressing heartfelt gratitude for the love, faith, and endurance that have carried her through the highs and lows of life.
In the touching post, the actress and humanitarian spoke about the people who continue to pour into her spirit, including her family and supporters around the world.
“Thankful that I have the gift of my nieces and nephews, my mother, my aunts, my siblings, my family and you, the global community that encourages, affirms and lifts me up,” she wrote.
Despite the hardships she’s faced, Nomzamo revealed that she draws strength from the very pain she has endured.
“I’m mostly thankful that all the devastations I endured, fueled hope inside of me that gives me renewed endurance to see the many summits of my life that still lie ahead.”
She also paid tribute to her late grandmother, sharing that the faith passed down to her remains one of the most powerful gifts she’s ever received.
