They stated that both parties reached a settlement in principle.
The specifics of this agreement remain undisclosed, according to Page Six.

As a result of the settlement, a jury trial set for 9 December has been cancelled. A new hearing is scheduled for 28 January, 2025, to formally dismiss the case.
NICOLE SCHERZINGER AND THE PUSSYCAT TOUR
The conflict began in September 2021 when Antin sued Scherzinger.
Antin alleged that Scherzinger refused to participate in the group’s first tour in a decade. She wanted 75 per cent of the profits and full creative control.
Scherzinger’s legal team dismissed the lawsuit as “meritless.”
They stated that the singer was merely seeking to renegotiate her contract after the COVID-19 pandemic caused repeated delays.
THE TOUR CANCELLATION
In January 2022, Nicole Scherzinger announced the tour’s cancellation, much to the dismay of her bandmates, Carmit Bachar and Jessica Sutta.
They claimed to have learned about the tour’s cancellation through Scherzinger’s Instagram. This left them “incredibly disappointed.”
The situation escalated in August 2022 when Scherzinger filed a cross-complaint against Antin, according to Geo News.
