Netflix just dropped a sneak peek, as season 4 focuses on Benedict Bridgerton. Benedict is the artistic brother who is ready for his own love story.
BRIDGERTON SEASON 4
The new season draws inspiration from Julia Quinn’s An Offer From a Gentleman. So, get ready for a Cinderella-esque romance. With a Bridgerton twist, of course.
The first images show Benedict (Luke Thompson) and Sophie (Yerin Ha), as they meet at the infamous Masquerade Ball, according to USA Today.
Lady Violet Bridgerton throws the party, in hopes of finding Benedict a suitable wife. But fate, as it often does, has other plans.
Sophie, a maid working for the demanding Lady Gun, attends the ball disguised as the ‘Lady in Silver.’
BENEDICT MEETS THE LADY IN SILVER
Benedict is immediately captivated, and their connection is undeniable. The photos reveal the electric chemistry. Expect masks, dazzling dresses, and palpable desire, according to ABC.
Valentina Valentini writes, “The masks! The dress! The desire! What a way to introduce the world to what’s to come in season four of Bridgerton. We promise you, it will be unlike anything you’ve seen before.”
Luke Thompson teases a season full of unexpected twists, as fans get ready to see beyond the glitz and glamour.
YERIN HA AS SOPHIE IN BRIDGERTON
The series will also explore the lives of those behind the scenes. The ones who keep the aristocratic world running.
Yerin Ha‘s Sophie is more than just a pretty face, she’s resourceful and strong-willed.
Ha explains, “What drew me to Sophie was that she immediately has obstacles — something that she constantly has to overcome.”
Some familiar faces will also return. Simone Ashley will reprise her role as Kate Sharma, according to Harpers Bazaar.
Golda Rosheuvel will be back as the iconic Queen Charlotte but also expect new characters to stir the pot.
