The 8,860-square-foot house, located in Los Angeles, holds a special place in pop culture history. It witnessed countless family dramas and milestone events over the show’s decade-long run.

Kris Jenner purchased the property in 2010 for $4 million (around R75.8 million) with her then-spouse, Caitlyn Jenner, according to House Beautiful.

“I’ve shared so many unforgettable memories in this incredible home with my family, and I’m excited to see it start a new chapter with its next owners,” Jenner stated.

Fans of Keeping Up With The Kardashianswill immediately recognise the mansion’s iconic features.

The black-and-white checkered floor in the foyer, the scene of many lavish holiday photos, is unforgettable.

The stark, black-and-white kitchen is also a familiar sight.

The mansion also boasts a lounge with a full bar, a primary suite with a fireplace, a private gym, and a balcony, according to The New York Times.

The backyard, with its pool and covered seating area, hosted many Kardashian-Jenner soirees.

REVAMPED INTERIORS

Tomer Fridman, the real estate agent representing Jenner, emphasised the home’s significance.

“This residence was crucial to the show,” he noted.

“However, it is more than just a property that appeared on screen. It’s a home where a family experienced life, including joyful moments, challenges, and the growth of their children”.

The mansion has undergone several renovations over the years. Before listing the property, Jenner enlisted celebrity designer Ryan Saghian to revamp the interiors.

POTENTIAL BUYERS

Saghian replaced most of the furnishings with pieces from European wholesaler Eichholtz and added custom artwork and chandeliers.

Potential buyers can also purchase the home fully furnished for an additional $400,000 (about R7.6 million), according to Hola.

The sale marks the end of an era for the Kardashian-Jenner family. The Hidden Hills mansion served as a backdrop for their rise to fame and fortune.

It remains to be seen who will become the new owner of this iconic piece of reality television history.
