Snatched a point

Both clubs head into the match on the back of disappointing results in their most recent matches.

Amakhosi lost 2-1 by Golden Arrows, while the Rockets suffered a home defeat by the same scoreline against Marumo Gallants.

When the teams met in the first round of the league earlier in the season, TS Galaxy snatched a point with a late equaliser in a 1-1 draw.

Kaizer Chiefs currently lie eighth in the standings with 29 points from 23 matches, while TS Galaxy sit in fourth place on 35 points, having played one game more than the Glamour Boys.

Key player out

In injury news, defender Rushwin Dortley remains on the injury list as he recovers from surgery.

The fitness of the rest of the squad will be assessed during the week’s preparation for the clash.

Tickets for the match are available online at Computicket or physically at Money Market counters of Shoprite, Checkers and Checkers Hyper at R60.

As reported by The South African website, the Premier Soccer League announced a change in the kick-off time for the match between Kaizer Chiefs and TS Galaxy.

The match, previously scheduled for 15:00, will now take place at 19:00.
