Kaizer Chiefs are likely to have a new jersey number six next season.
NJABULO BLOM TO LEAVE KAIZER CHIEFS?
Following Blom’s unexpected arrival at Amakhosi on loan from St Louis in the United States this season, the 25-year-old from Soweto has not fitted into coach Nasreddine Nabi’s style of play. Blom has only managed 17 appearances for Kaizer Chiefs this season, mostly as a substitute. “He was expected to lead the team with his experience and understanding of the environment,” a source told FARPost. “However, Blom has disappointed since his return from the MLS, struggling to knuckle down a starting place in Xoach Nabi’s team.”
“The club is not convinced just as yet by his performances and will require him to step up in the remaining games of the season. He still has a chance to prove himself in the remaining games to earn a contract extension,” the source added.
SHOULD THE CLUB KEEP OR RELEASE HIM?

SIX GOALKEEPERS FOR KAIZER CHIEFS
Kaizer Chiefs’ existing goalkeepers Bruce Bvuma, Brandon Peterson and Fiacre Ntwari have failed to seize the opportunity. The trio has forced Amakhosi to look for better quality in the market.
After a remarkable 24 goals conceded in 24 Betway Premiership matches, Amakhosi are expected to say goodbye to at least two goalkeepers before signing two replacements before August. It could be Bvuma, Peterson and Fiacre.
Meanwhile, here is a list of six goalkeepers Kaizer Chiefs have to look at:
DJIGUI DIARRA
The 30-year-old Malian has wonderful experience, having won multiple league titles with Tanzanian giants Young Africans. Diarra, who has 61 caps for his nation, has previously worked with coach Nasreddine Nabi.
