30 June is the official end of the expiration of contracts, and new deals can be announced. Kaizer Chiefs supporters are ready to welcome the official news.
As reported in previous weeks, Paseka Mako and Orlando Pirates did not reach an agreement over a new deal.
Instead, Kaizer Chiefs and the Zebediela-born defender concluded a pre-contract that will officially commence on 1 July.

In signing Mako, Amakhosi need not worry about whether Mako will settle in the Betway Premiership or a big club. The hard-working left-back has been around the block, no less than 193 matches over nine years in South Africa for Chippa United and Orlando Pirates.
