In the now-viral photos, she poses next to a sleek Mercedes-Benz G 580 EQ Edition One with a base price tag of R4.6 millionat several dealerships nationwide.

After all, the publication has noted that the viral photos were taken from a Mercedes-Benz event she attended.

The German automobile company tagged many celebrities at its recent event to give the sleek Mercedes-Benz G 580 EQ Edition One a test drive.

Zakes Bantwini was among the celebrities who attended the event with Mpho Maboi. The Mercedes-Benz G580 EQ Edition One is the fully electric version of the G-Class.

It has a top speed of 180km/h and can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 4.7 seconds. It also boasts a WLTP-rated range of 473 km.

MAKING HEADLINES

After all, this is not the first time Mpho Maboi has shared similar posts. The celebrated anchor is a petrolhead and car enthusiast.

She often makes headlines with some of her favourite carsshe often posts on Instagram.
