Kaizer Chiefs will be offloading some big stars in some big moves in January.

Kaizer Chiefs currently have a total of FIVE players heading out of Naturena.

Meanwhile, some of these players will be leaving to make way for some big-name signings.

FULL LIST OF CHIEFS STARS HEADING OUT OF NATURENA

  • Aden McCarthy
  • Thatayaone Dihtlokwe
  • Mduduzi Mdantsane
  • Sibongiseni Mthethwa
  • Christian Saille

Aden McCarthy is not a part of Nasreddine Nabi’s plans.

Moreover, this has become evident with Inacio Miguel and Rushwin Dortley preferred up front and Given Msimango providing back-up so far.

Meaning, Ditlhokwe also finds himself facing a probable exit out of Naturena. This is because he also sits behind the aforementioned players in the pecking order. So, he will need to leave Chiefs to save his international career with Botswana.

MIDFIELD MOVEMENTS TO MAKE WAY FOR NEW STARS?

Both, Mdantsane and Mthethwa are linked with big exits. Furthermore, both men are set to be involved in opening the door for the likes of Sihle Nduli and Bongani Zungu.

So, Chiefs are willing to offer this player to secure a top star from PSL rivals.

Meanwhile, Chiefs will consider signing Zungu if one or two midfielders leave. Interestingly, Sibongiseni Mthethwa has been transfer listed. Whilst, Mdantsane is linked with a possible move to PSL rivals.

CHIEFS STRIKER TO MAKE WAY FOR NEW SIGNINGS

Saille was expected to leave in the last transfer window.

He survived the cut due to Nabi and Chiefs failing to sign any new strikers. However, Amakhosi management have prioritized the need to sign an attacker or two in January.

In fact, Nabi has sent scouts to South America. Additionally, Chiefs are working on a new and improved deal for priority target Fiston Mayele. Whilst, Nabi has demanded that Chiefs sign Sundowns’ Bafana Bafana target – a red-hot attacker.

Finally, Chiefs have a golden chance to sign Percy Tau who has been linked with a return to SA, according to SNL.
