Kaizer Chiefs have already released several players. However, more player departures are looming…

Kaizer Chiefs squad overhaul is underway.

So, Amakhosi have released FIVE players. Meanwhile, Chiefs’ sixth player departure is imminent. In fact, a total of FOUR more Amakhosi players are heading out of Naturena.

MORE CHIEFS EXITS IMMINENT

Chiefs have released Ranga Chivaviro, Njabulo Blo, Sabelo Radebe and Edmilson Dove.

Meanwhile, Amakhosi management have decided to release midfielder Mduduzi Mdantsane.

However, it is all just the beginning of Chiefs’ squad revamp. Amakhosi are set to offload more players – some on loan and some permanently.

Fiacre Ntwari, Bongani Sam, Edson Castillo and Tebogo Potsane all face likely departures.

The Rwandan shot-stopper was replaced by Bruce Bvuma half way through the 2024/25 Betway Premiership due to his inconsistent performances in goal.

On the other hand, former Pirates defender Sam is also facing a probably departure. He has hardly featured for Amakhosi and he is not in Nasreddine Nabi’s future plans. This is because he sits behind the likes of Rushwin Dortley, Inacio Miguel and Given Msimango in the pecking order. Furthermore, Chiefs have reportedly already signed Paseko Mako and Thabiso Monyane from Pirates.

Castillo and Potsane are in the same boat. Both midfielders have struggled for gametime. This is unlikely to change if they stay at Chiefs.
