The Hollywoodbets Sharks are now licking their lips as four of their most impactful Springbok players have been given the green light to return to action with just a few more games to go in this season’s United Rugby Championship competition.Â

While the team from Durban are currently placed fourth on the current log table and have the potential to secure themselves home ground advantage come the play-off stages, the road to success has not been easy for the KZN franchise. This comes as unexpected injuries to some of their international players have caused them to struggle to find momentum and consistency.Â

Thankfully, with the most crucial part of the competition now fast approaching, coach John Plumtree would now be able to sleep peacefully as four of his Springboks, namely Grant Williams, Aphelele Fassi, Lukhanyo Am and Eben Etzebeth are all set to make a return from injury.Â

The towering 2-meter-tall Eben has been a vital part of both the Sharks as well as the Springbok team. The last four months in particular have been quite difficult for him, since the last time he officially ran onto the rugby field was in December 2024. Since then, he has had numerous setbacks and concussions that have left his name omitted from the match day squad.Â

Recently, the Bok lock took Instagram highlighting that his future in rugby was far from over as he transformed his home garage into a fully equipped gym.Â
