South African singer and actress Anlia Etzebeth, the wife of Springboks lock Eben Etzebeth, shared a touching birthday tribute to their daughter, on her first birthday.

“Our little wild flower. You are a whole 1 year old! 🫢🥹 May you forever remain the bubbling barefoot little girl. May you leave traces on a dirt road that runs along rivers, May you always smell the wildflowers and the Summer rains kiss you gently, May the cattle greet you and the animals pursue you, May you find a rainbow behind every cloud. 🌻🐴🐥🐮🌈,” she wrote.

Eben and Anlia got married in February 2023 at the La Paris Estate in Franschhoek, Western Cape. Anlia announced her pregnancy shortly after the Springboks defeated the All Blacks to become the 2023 Rugby World Cup champions in October 2023.
The pair welcomed their baby girl in January this year, in Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal. The Etzebeths live in KwaZulu-Natal as Eben plays for Durban-based rugby team, The Sharks.
Soon after The Etzebeths welcomed their first child, Faf de Klerk and his wife, Mine welcomed their first child, a baby girl in February. In April, Marise and Handre Pollard welcomed their first child together, a baby boy named Hunter.
