South African DJ Lamiez Holworthy continues to show the world that women can have it all, with a little help from love, support, and determination.

In a recent social media post, Lamiez shared a touching behind-the-scenes moment from her work life.

The video featured her carrying her baby boy, Leano, on her back — a sight many working moms across the world can relate to — as she geared up for yet another gig.

With a bright smile and maternal warmth, she captioned the clip: “Superstar sometimes. SUPERMOM – ALWAYS.”

Lamiez went on to reveal how she’s been managing the many hats she wears — from her career in radio and television (with an exciting new project in the works), to deejaying and running businesses, all while prioritizing her role as a hands-on mom.

She shared that whenever she’s booked out of town for more than a night, she brings her children along. To ensure balance, she travels with Leano’s nanny and her mother, who also happens to be her manager.

“Balancing radio, TV (shooting something new which is so exciting yet pretty tiring), deejaying, business and my family has been quite the rollercoaster,” she said. “But I really have been blessed with the best support system — honestly wouldn’t survive without my husband, my family and my friends.”

Lamiez also offered a glimpse into the unique reality of motherhood on the move.

She explained that sometimes, especially at corporate events, her kids prefer not to be left behind in a hotel room. Instead, they tag along and wait patiently in the green room.

And while it may seem unconventional to some, Lamiez embraces these moments wholeheartedly, ending her post with a tender question: “Do y’all think Buzzy is going to remember when he’s older?”

The video and caption quickly won the hearts of fans, many of whom praised her authenticity, her strong sense of family, and her ability to balance it all with grace.
