Since they were posted online, the photos have received thousands of comments and reactions. Petrolheads quickly praised DJ Black Coffe’s classic Merc, while others questioned its price tag.
A few classic 280SLs have been listed for sale. However, the car has a base price tag of $82 000 and is available at several dealerships worldwide.
The 280 SL was introduced in December 1967 and continued production until February 1971. Only 23,885 fast and reliable Mercedes-Benz 280 SL units rolled off the assembly line.
The publication has since established that this is one of the best Mercs ever produced.

According to Bentley, the Flying Spur is powered by either a 4.0-litre V8 engine or a 2.9-litre V6 hybrid.

However, rumour mill has it that the bubbly DJ also owns a Mercedes-Benz CLK. Over the years, he has shared photos posing next to the sleek German automobile.
