American R&B singer will be missing out on at least three shows of his eagerly awaited Breezy Bowl world tour, which is scheduled to take place in June this year.

This comes after the singer was denied bail following his alleged brutal attack on music producer Abraham Diaw at the Tape night club in London in 2023.

Breezy, as he is affectionately known, recently returned to England ahead of his performance, which is set to take place next month. Shortly after his arrival, he was arrested by Manchester police for the alleged incident.

UK-based publication Sky News reveals that the father of three recently appeared in the Manchester court, where he was denied bail after prosecutor Hannah Nicholls said Chris had committed “an unprovoked attack with a weapon in a nightclub full of people.”

She further highlighted that he hit Mr. Diaw with a bottle multiple times before he later chased him and proceeded to kick and punch him. The incident was caught on CCTV tapes.

After hearing this account of the incident, it is reported that District Judge Joanne Hirst referred the case to London’s Southwark Crown Court, highlighting that it was too serious for her court.

After being denied bail, Chris will now make a court appearance on the 13th June where he will appear for a plea and trial preparation.

This will see him miss shows in Amsterdam, Hamsburg, and Frankfurt – all of which have already been declared as sold out.
