Cassper Nyovest opened up about the manifestation of his latest verse on Skuta Baba.

The song, featuring Buzzi Lee, Kane Keid, and Kwesta, made headlines as fans debated who delivered the hottest verse.

The South African rapper revealed that he had requested prayers in church, asking for a hit song. This prayer aligns with Nyovest’s well-known ambition to solidify his place as one of the hottest artists this year with a chart-topping release.

Taking to Instagram on Monday, Cassper shared a video of himself performing the track and reflected on how his prayer was answered.

“Two weeks ago, I sent a prayer request that was so clear and simple, but I also thought it was silly. People even laughed in church. They asked what we were praying for, and I said, ‘Modimo ke kopa hit.’ Lol. Everyone laughed in our group, but the pastor still prayed that prayer. The very next week, I dropped this verse, and now it’s the biggest verse in the country,” he wrote.

He added, “This shows that no prayer is too small for God. He is concerned about us. His provision is limitless, and all you need to do to deserve it is need it. There is power in the name of Jesus.”
