Marumo Gallants have appointed former Kaizer Chiefs coach Molefi Ntseki as their new Technical Director.
Ntseki had been without a coaching job since his departure from Chiefs in October 2023.
However, he had been doing radio work for SABC Sport as a football analyst over the past few months.
Ntseki will now get to work with Gallants head coach Dan Malesela to try and help the club move up the log table.
Gallants are currently 14th on the Betway Premiership log with just four points from their opening six games.
MARUMO GALLANTS APPOINT MOLEFI NTSEKI
“Marumo Gallants Football Club is pleased to announce the appointment of Molefi Ntseki as the club’s new Technical Director. This strategic appointment is aimed at strengthening the club’s technical department and driving the success of the team on the field,” reads the statement.
“Ntseki comes with a wealth of experience and knowledge, having coached various national youth teams, PSL Kaizer Chiefs and becoming the South African senior national team’s manager.
“His impressive track record and passion for developing young talent make him an ideal fit for the club. Hailing from Botshabelo, he has a deep understanding of the Free State province and fans, which is an added bonus to the Bloemfontein-based Gallants squad.
“Gallants team and management look forward to Ntseki’s leadership and expertise to support the club’s technical growth and success.”
