Can Kaizer Chiefs lift their first trophy in 10 years? Coach Cedric Kaze has explained how the job can be executed.

HOW KAIZER CHIEFS CAN UPSET ORLANDO PIRATES

“I think that it has to be a different approach to the league game last Saturday,” said Nasreddine Nabi’s assistant, Kaze. “This is like a knockout game. But there is a trophy at the end of the 90 minutes, plus extra time or penalties,” said Kaze.

“The approach is going to be simple. You have to be efficient in the two different boxes: in your own box by defending well, and in your opponent’s box by scoring.

“It’s true that this kind of game, when it’s a final, has a kind of pressure that sometimes takes the flavour out of the beautiful game because nobody wants to lose.

“But as I said, it’s very simple: we have to be efficient, defend well, and score when we have the opportunity to do so,” the Kaizer Chiefs technical leader added.
