Kaizer Chiefs are set to undergo a squad overhaul with several departures and signings lined up.

Kaizer Chiefs are going to undergo a major squad revamo at the end of the season.

Moreover, head coach Nasreddine Nabi has listed the Amakhosi players he will be releasing at the end of the season. So, let’s take a look at the latest players linked with exits as well as Chiefs’ transfer targets.

CHIEFS MIDFIELDER TO BE TRANSFER LISTED

Chiefs midfielder Tebogo Potsane is the latest Amakhosi star linked with a likely exit.

He has one year left in his current contract. However, he is reportedly one of the players that have been transfer listed, according to KickOff.

“It’s believed that it won’t be a direct release. They will put him on the transfer list and see if there are interested teams, of which it means they have to sell him,”

“They don’t want to let him go for free and that’s why he is believed to be put on transfer list,” the insider reported on the publication.

Meaning, he is one of the men on Nabi’s list of players set to be released.

“The difference with Tebogo from other players who are set to be released is that he still has one year on his contract and the team wants to cash in on him rather than release him for free,”

Meanwhile, Potsane is valued at roughly R6 million (R6.24 million), according to the latest player evaluations on TransferMarkt.

AMAKHOSI TRANSFER TARGETS

Fiston Mayele is one of Chiefs main transfer targets.

Meanwhile, Fawaaz Basadien, Yanela Mbuthuma and Stanley Nwabili have all been linked with Amakhosi.

Finally, Chiefs are linked with THREE Mamelodi Sundowns stars too. Stay tuned to The South African as we reveal all of Amakhosi’s moves – signings and exits – as they happen.
