BONANG CELEBRATES BRUTAL FRUIT SPRITZER’S ICONIC MOVE

Bonang was chosen to host the event due to her past partnership with the brand. In 2010, she became the first brand ambassador for the South African fruit-flavoured alcoholic drink.

Now, she has her own luxury beverage brand, The House of BNG, which was launched in 2019.

Reflecting on her journey with the brand, Bonang shared, “15 years ago, I was the first face of Brutal Fruit, and it ignited my fire. It inspired me so much that I started my own luxury beverage line. They called me back 15 years later to be part of this incredible new journey, and it feels good.”

Her involvement underscores the brand’s deep-rooted connection to her personal growth and success. Motivating women, Matheba said: “My girls work hard. Stay the course—it will all work out.”

The Pink Table is a global movement celebrating the power of women coming together. Brutal Fruit Spritzer’s brand director, Candice van den Bosch, said, “Brutal Fruit Spritzer launched a revolutionary global movement celebrating the power of women coming together, called The Pink Table.”

This event aims to foster connection, celebration, and shared memories across the globe, with upcoming gatherings planned during Paris Fashion Week 2025. The Pink Table experience is a vibrant extension of Brutal Fruit’s successful “Saturday Spritzers,” a cultural phenomenon in South Africa.

THE PINK TABLE: A CELEBRATION OF WOMEN AND CONNECTION

The Pink Table was unveiled at Cavalli Wine Estate in Cape Town, and it truly stole the show. Designed to reflect Brutal Fruit’s ethos of strength and femininity, the table’s curved design symbolises unity and connection.

It seamlessly brought together the brand’s “besties” in a meaningful and joyous experience. The stunning event featured an exciting lineup, including a powerful performance by Ami Faku. Additionally, it offered captivating moments with special guest Mama Gcina, a celebrated storyteller and renowned playwright.

Candice van den Bosch elaborated on the importance of The Pink Table, stating, “The brand is now elevating its Saturday Spritzers into a global movement. Having seen the alchemy when women come together in authentic connection and unconditional acceptance, we believe this magic is replicable anywhere we have besties.”

This initiative is a heartfelt celebration of sisterhood and support. “The Pink Table was born from a desire to create a space where women feel truly seen, heard, and celebrated.”

This global movement introduces a fresh way for women to connect, both physically and virtually. Moreover, it offers customised experiences and limited-edition products that aim to elevate everyday gatherings.

LOOKING AHEAD: A GLOBAL CELEBRATION OF WOMEN

With its mission to create extraordinary yet accessible experiences, Brutal Fruit is expanding its reach, taking The Pink Table movement to international heights.

Candice van den Bosch adds, “We believe in creating extraordinary moments that are within reach. Whether it’s a Pink Table experience at Paris Fashion Week or a gathering in your living room with our take-home Pink Table packs, the essence remains the same: women connecting in spaces where they truly belong.”

When asked about including the charitable aspect in The Pink Table initiative, she explained that giving back has always been a core value. Adding a clothing donation felt like a natural extension of the sisterhood they promote, turning the celebration into meaningful support for women who may lack equal opportunities.

This celebration of sisterhood, empowerment, and memorable moments is set to make waves from Cape Town to Paris and beyond.
