Former The Real Housewives of Johannesburg (RHOJ) star ChristallKay has expressed her heartbreak over Billionaire Douw Steyn’s passing.

According to the reality TV star, she and Steyn were once engaged, and his family was aware of their engagement.

Mzansi’s much-loved reality TV star, Christall Kay, is heartbroken over the sudden passing of billionaire Douw Steyn.

The insurance mogul passed away on Tuesday at the age of 72 after a prolonged period of poor health.

Christall took to her Instagram to share a reel featuring their special moments together. She also paid tribute to him, describing him as an incredible person who was hardworking and inspiring.

“Today, I am overcome with sweet memories and tears from hearing of the passing of Billionaire Douw Steyn. My gentle, kind heart filled my life with such excitement, passion, adventure and love! An absolute genius, an incredible businessman, a loving father and the utmost gentleman.

She added: “We did life together for a while both the triumphs and tragedies!! Thank you for your love, your generosity and showing me such a wonderful world. You will always be a true inspiration and hold a special place in my heart! RIP.”

‘HE WAS MY LOVE TOO’

The Real Housewives star was called out for allegedly being insensitive, given that the billionaire had moved on and had kids and a wife.

Christall, who is known for having no filter, responded, “He was my love too ❤️ and I never got to say goodbye 😢.”

She also went on to reveal that she was engaged to Steyn. “BTW his whole family and his wife all knew we were engaged at the time but I stepped away to make my own life but I will always hold him dear,” wrote Christall.
