Orlando Pirates star Relehobile Mofokeng had a year to remember in 2024.
The 20-year-old, who appears to be on the verge of a mega-money move abroad, dazzled fans with his goals, skills, and assists.
He came up clutch in several outings, including that cool, composed finish in the MTN8 Cup final.

Broos talks Mofokeng links
Bafana Bafana coach believes Mofokeng will leave Orlando Pirates in the offseason, saying, “talking about Mofokeng, I just hope that he makes the right decisions. And that he is not going to a team where he won’t play.
“I see all the things around, Barcelona and Rangers and… (sighs) I’m a little bit afraid. I just hope that the people around make the choice of the best sportive solution and not the best financial solution,” Broos told iDiski Times.
“Okay, I think his parents want the best for him, that’s for sure. But there is another guy who wants to win a lot of money also, but that’s the problem. But ok, let’s hope, maybe I talked too soon about that,
“We’ll see. I think in June, Rele will not be a player of Orlando Pirates anymore, but a good choice is very important.”
Barcelona links confirmed
“There have been enquiries from Barcelona on Relebohile Mofokeng,” a Siya source confirmed.
“The boy has been monitored by the coaches of the Barcelona B team with interest. They have been following him and made approaches with some of their contacts in the PSL, including certain coaches they know closely, asking about the player,
“He is a player with potential to play in some of the top leagues in Europe and the feedback has been positive on the enquires made.”
