Princess Kate Middleton marked World Cancer Day with a rare personal photo taken by her six-year-old son Prince Louis. In the photo, Kate is seen standing in the woods atop a fallen tree in Windsor, with a big smile and her hands to the side.

KATE MIDDLETON REVEALS SHE IS IN REMISSION
This comes after the Princess of Wales revealed that she is in “remission”. Princess Kate told her Instagram followers that it was a “relief” to be cleared after completing her cancer treatments.
“My heartfelt thanks goes to all those who have quietly walked alongside William and me as we have navigated everything,” she wrote at the time.
She reflected on her role as Joint Patron of The Royal Marsden.
“In my new role as Joint Patron of The Royal Marsden, my hope is, that by supporting groundbreaking research and clinical excellence, as well as promoting patient and family wellbeing, we might save many more lives, and transform the experience of all those impacted by cancer,” she wrote.
She noted that is focused on recovery. However, she is aware that it takes time to adjust to the new “normal”.
“It is a relief to now be in remission and I remain focussed on recovery. As anyone who has experienced a cancer diagnosis will know, it takes time to adjust to a new normal. I am however looking forward to a fulfilling year ahead. There is much to look forward to. Thank you to everyone for your continued support. C,” she wrote.
