Sabelo Mgube distances himsefl from the sangomas’ fight
Sabelo Mgube said he will not involve himself in the fight between his wife Gogo Maweni and Gogo Skhotheni.
The two traditional healers have had a long fight that seems won’t be ending soon, as they keep digging out alleged dirt about each other.
Skhotheni recently revealed that Sabelo is gay; Maweni replied the allegation by revealing the famous rumor about Skhotheni and Musa Mseleku’s son, Mpumelelo.
“If you have nothing to say, just shut up because the same Constitution Hill you are talking about is where you were busy with Mseleku’s son,” she said.
Reacting to the fight between the women, the businessman said: “When you think of female sangomas, automatically only two female sangomas come to mind: Maweni and Skhotheni.”
Mugbe further spoke about the genesis of the fight, which he claimed was when he called Gogo Skhotheni’s husband ‘yellow bone’.
“I think she took that literally in a negative way and stuck with it, thinking I was disrespecting him,” Sabelo Mgube explained.
“Because we are men, I understand how we men joke around with one another. But it got to the point where he blocked me,” he added.
Mgube said, “I had mentioned before that I do not want to get involved in women’s fights. I see people on the side asking me to intervene.”
“But, as a man, I cannot do that. These are things that I do not take seriously.”
