The Limpopo Anti-drugs, Gangsterism and Crime (LADGAC) is an NGO and rehabilitation centre located in Polokwane, Limpopo.
It has gained notoriety for cleaning up the streets and shining a light on the issues that plague South African communities, particularly black, poor communities through one of their dedicated staff members, Mr Moloto.
The call for the fight against drug abuse, gangsterism and crime in mzansi is now louder than ever as these issues continue to plague communities, with young children starting to join at extremely young ages. LADGAC is one of the few organisations that have taken matters into their own hands, by going out into the streets to gather new members for their centre.
Recently, Mr Moloto has gone viral for his work at the centre, from heading to calls from frustrated parents to ensuring that the centre is managed correctly, with adequate facilities and activities for members to participate in during their time rehabilitating at the centre. Furthermore, LADGAC is responsible for several awareness campaigns carried out throughout the country, to educate and properly equip people with the necessary knowledge about the issues they face daily.
Mr Moloto often shares pleasant moments with the members, as they navigate their rehabilitation journey. He often shows them participating in various arts and crafts activities, sports as well as the occasional field trip.

The significant work that Mr Moloto and LADGAC have done and continue to do has touched the hearts of many, as many now know him for his famous phrase “Good morning and good morning good people” that he always starts his emotional videos with, as well as his blatant disdain for dirty pillows.

Although unconventional, Mr Moloto and LADGAC’s methods appear to be effective as there have been testimonies from those who have been through the programme, with the popular former ‘phara’ who is famously known as Alotstro being an example.
