TV personality and DJ Shaun Andile Naki, famously known as Shaun Stylist details how a bullet through his car window could have ended his life.
Shaun Stylist, who rose to fame for being close to Andile Mpisane and his mother, Durban businessman Shauwn Mkhize, recently shared how he was a victim of a road rage incident.
Speaking to entertainment publication, ZiMoja on the recent incident, Shaun stated that the alleged shooter and himself exchanged words after the driver had cut into his lane, adding that, after this, the driver called him a racial slur and ended up shooting the back of his Mercedes V250.
Taking to X (formerly known as Twitter), a sombre Shaun shared videos of the bullet wound that pierced through his window saying:
“I could be telling a different story right now, I’m careful with the words I use in this video. These people don’t love us; we need to be careful. They don’t want us. Our success threatens them. Most importantly, road rage is terrible. I nearly died because a white man shot at the back of my car.”
This video caused many of his fans to rally behind him as he would have lost his life at any moment had the bullet targeted him.
Many X users took to the comment section saying:

Mina I’ve always known. One day 2 of them wanted to waste me in the middle of the night at a very quiet place thinking I’m alone in the car, the moment they came to my window and noticed I wasn’t alone, they quickly drove off .Becareful with whites at night in quiet areas.

That attempted murder he needs to go to jail for that and clean him up court wise. Don’t let this go because the next one will be in your head

Never seen this man so serious, usually uyacika, but this is sad and infuriating. Anyone who can help find the perpetrator and bring them to account please help. The white arrogance must not be tolerated, and we must not be selective on who we support.
