Junior attorneys are losing out on countless billable hours thanks to AI legal assistants. These machine-learning systems can analyse thousands of previous cases, statutes, and legal precedents in mere minutes. In turn, they can extract relevant information with remarkable accuracy and reduce document review time by up to 80%. Moreover, the jobs AI can do has advanced to drafting preliminary arguments and even predicting case outcomes based on historical data.

Professional chefs are now partnering with AI to develop new recipes and flavor combinations. One of the jobs AI can do is research the molecular compounds in ingredients and cultural food pairings for a harmonious/totally unique flavour combination. Likewise, large food corporations have employed AI to accelerate product development cycles and identify emerging taste trends.

Common journalistic stories like finance, weather and sports are becoming increasingly drafted by AI systems. Data-heavy topics like earnings reports, market trends, match statistics and weather patterns are quickly produced into coherent narratives. Of course, human editors must still review the output, but the technology allows story creation with greater speed and accuracy.

Architecture is all about building through specific parameters. And one of the jobs AI is really proficient at is calculating material costs with spatial requirements and building codes. In turn, it is able to forecast upcoming style trends with remarkable accuracy. Some fashion houses now even use generative AI to propose new design concepts or variations on existing styles. These tools help designers expand their creative horizons while reducing the cost of producing new collections.
