Zimborders has implemented an adjustment to its toll fees at the Beitbridge border, which took effect on 1 February 2025.

The company emphasises that efforts have been made to keep increases minimal to mitigate the impact of inflation while maintaining high-quality service standards.

No Toll Fee Increase for Non-Commercial Vehicles

In a move aimed at alleviating financial pressure on individual motorists, Zimborders has confirmed that there will be no toll charge increases for non-commercial vehicles. This exemption applies to motorcycles, light vehicles, and minibuses, with the company committing to absorbing inflationary costs for these categories throughout 2025.

Modest Toll Fee Increase for Commercial Vehicles

However, commercial vehicles will see a modest increase in toll charges. The adjustments will affect light goods vehicles, coaches, heavy vehicles, goods vehicles, abnormal vehicles, and parking bays.
