- Kaizer Chiefs are reportedly monitoring 27-year-old Thabo Cele. The talented midfielder plays for Russian side FC Fakel Voronezh.
- Patrick Maswanganyi is pushing for a move to Europe, say’s the player’s former Stars of Africa Academy mentor, Farouk Khan.
- Kaizer Chiefs’ pursuit of youngster Asanele Velebayi appears to be at a stand-still. The 22-year-old is eager to be in the PSL.
- Orlando Pirates are hoping to ship off midfielder Bandile Shuba to make way for Polokwane’s Thabang Mataludi, who also has interest from Sowetan rivals Kaizer Chiefs.

But nothing is lost. He can still go now and make it big. He is ready for Europe.”
