Below, the health publications provide a list of symptoms that you might have not known about:

It is mentioned by the Mayo Clinic that “Parkinson’s disease is a movement disorder of the nervous system that worsens over time. The nervous system is a network of nerve cells that controls many parts of the body, including movement.”

The above clinic states that each person may experience Parkinson’s disease symptoms differently. Early signs and symptoms could be so slight that you don’t even recognize them. It is common for symptoms to start on one side of the body and spread to the other.

“Your posture may become stooped. You may fall or have balance problems,” the above clinic also claims.

According to another health establishment the Cleveland Clinic,“Lead-pipe rigidity is a constant, unchanging stiffness when moving a body part. Cogwheel stiffness happens when you combine tremor and lead-pipe rigidity. It gets its name because of the jerky, stop-and-go appearance of the movements (think of it as the second hand on a mechanical clock).”

Blinking less times than normal is another sign of diminished facial muscle control, the clinic adds.

You would also have a mask-like expression on your face. This condition, known as hypomimia, is characterized as having very little or no change in facial emotions, the above clinic further explains.
