Showmax Original show, Unfollowed returns as Spitch Nzawumbi takes over the reins from journalist Thembekile Mrototo.

If you think season 1 was filled with drama, think again as this new season set to drop on the 27th of November will be filled with even more drama and action as the host will take a deep dive into mzansi’s cancelled celebrities.

According to reports by entertainment publication Citizen, Spitch, who is also BONA’s print health contributor will host the new season which will feature many new faces.

The list of public figures come from various sectors of the entertainment industry, including The Real Housewives of Pretoria’s Mel Viljoen, Ngizwe Mchunu, musician Bongani Fassie, traditional healer and DJ Gogo Skhothane, Pitch Black Afro, media personality Bujy Bikwa, radio veteran Linda Sibiya, and Pastor Mboro.

Speaking to the above-mentioned source, Executive producer Graeme Swanepoel said, “Season 2 will offer viewers deeper, more nuanced conversations that challenge you to look beyond the surface and consider the complexities of cancel culture and the power of social media in shaping lives and careers.”
