SARS office in Gauteng to MOVE to new address

The South African Revenue Service’s (SARS) has confirmed that its Vereeniging branch will be relocating from Tuesday, 18 November 2024.

Dominant language

Its new physical address will be Shop 12A, Bedworth Centre, Ascot on Vaal Road, Vereeniging.

In Vereeniging, staff are happy to converse with taxpayers in Sesotho as the dominant language of the region.

The branch is always busy throughout the day, especially during tax season, with an average of 350 taxpayers in the queue between 08:00 and 12:00.

The branch has limited parking space, but there are adequate metered parking bays in the streets near the branch.

Access to the branch is easy through public transport, with drop-offs a kilometre away.

There are no convenience stores nearby, so should you wish to visit be sure to bring with a light snack and a drink.
