Sacha Feinberg-Mngomezulu has officially been ruled out of the Springboks November test series due to an injury. But that hasn’t stopped him from putting in the work to make his big return.

The flyhalf – who plays for the Stormers – is currently in recovery after a successful knee operation.

SACHA FEINBERG-MNGOMEZULU SHARES LOOK AT RECOVERY

In a clip posted on Instagram, Sacha Feinberg-Mngomezulu gave the public a look at his recovery after his knee operation.

This included an intense workout programme involving plenty of resistance training, weight lifting, and core exercises.

In one frame, Sacha was seen ascending a long flight of stairs, Rocky Balboa style!

“Rinse and repeat,” he captioned the video.

According to Stormers boss James Dobson, Sacha has been sidelined for the remainder of the year. He is expected to make a return early next year.

DAMIAN WILLEMSE ALSO RULED OUT OVER INJURY

Like Sacha Feinberg-Mngomezulu, fellow Stormers star Damian Willemse has also been ruled out of the Springboks end-of-year test series.

The twice-winning World Cup champion suffered a groin injury after a clash with the Glasgow Warriors this weekend. Bok rookie Cameron Hanekom will replace him.

Sadly, Damian had just returned from a finger injury that saw him the entire international season.
