Orlando Pirates supporters are celebrating after securing the signing of Oswin Appollis, beating Kaizer Chiefs to the player.
The 23-year-old winger was officially announced by the Buccaneers on Wednesday afternoon, following a period of speculation.
He will join the Pirates squad as they travel to Spain for their pre-season training in the coming days. Just after introducing eight new players, the Buccaneers made headlines again with the signing of Appollis from Polokwane City.

With other quality signings such as Sipho Mbule and Tshepang Moremi, many fans expect the Buccaneers to improve this coming season.
The Buccaneers finished runners-up to Mamelodi Sundowns in three consecutive seasons in the league. Some Pirates supporters think Appollis could be the man to take the club to new heights.
