Nigerian rapper poses in penthouse after R7m McLaren crash

Nigerian rapper 3GAR Baby – real name Prince Daniel Obioma – has given his followers a glimpse into his luxury Cape Town penthouse apartment after his McLaren crash in Sea Point over the weekend.

The muso, who hails from the Rivers state, totalled his R7 million supercar while speeding down High-Level Road.

While he walked away with cuts and bruises to his face, his brother suffered serious injuries.

On his Instagram Stories, 3GAR Baby revealed that he had been discharged from the hospital and was recovering in his luxury penthouse apartment.

The Nigerian rapper posted a clip of his pals who visited him with bouquets of red roses.

Despite crashing his R7 million McLaren 570S coupe, the entertainer appeared relaxed in his sea-view-facing home.

Shortly after his accident on Saturday morning, he shared a picture of his bruised and bloodied face. “Nah, small thing remain. Could’ve been all over! I can’t stop thanking God for life”, he told his more than 100 000 followers.

On his IG feed, 3GAR Baby posted a clip of him taken before the crash. The rapper – wearing a two-piece denim Louis Vuitton set and chunky white sneakers – appeared to be shopping for more designer gear.

“God is the greatest,” he captioned the video.

The flashy star also encouraged his followers to pray for his brother, who was in the McLaren’s passenger seat.

“He doesn’t deserve this. We were together in this, and he is still in hospital”, he shared.

NEGLIGENT AND RECKLESS DRIVING

Meanwhile, South Africans are calling for 3GAR Baby to face criminal charges of reckless driving after his McLaren crash.

According to IOL,police in Sea Point are investigating charges of reckless and negligent driving against the driver.
